1. No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
2. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
3. No parking anywhere but the building parking lot or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed.
4. Please follow checkout rules or extra fees may be charged to pay cleaners for additional work.
5. Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $100 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting. We sometimes can approve early or late check-in depending on availability. Approved check-ins prior to 3pm and checkouts after 11 am may be available for a fee. Message us for more info.
6. Extra guests that are not on the reservation should not be in the home without prior approval or a fee of $50 per guest, per day could be charged.
7. No parties without approval. Party cleanup fees of $300-$500 could be charged. ions.
8. No glass in pool area or food in pool. Clean up charges can apply if broken.
