We follow a thorough cleaning and disinfection process after every check-out to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the neighbouring unit, which is also managed by us. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please be mindful of noise during this time. We provide a starter pack of essentials per stay (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.), but for longer stays, additional supplies will be the guest’s responsibility. For security, there is an exterior camera at the property. There are no cameras inside the home. Up to five vehicles may be parked at the property, three small cars in the carport and two in the driveway. An EV outlet is available; however, no charger is installed.
• All guests must park only in the designated carport or the paved driveway directly in front of the unit.
• Do not park in the neighbouring unit’s driveway or carport, these are private and reserved for their guests.
• Do not park in the adjacent sand lot, it is private property.
• Do not park on the gravel areas between units.

House rules

• No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.
• Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower before entering.
• No parties or events unless pre-approved in writing.
• Events only allowed in carport only and must adhere to noise ordinance requirements if pre-approved.
• We maintain a strict no-pet policy on the property. In case of unauthorised pet a fee of $150 per pet per night will be charged.
• Do not move indoor furniture outside.
• Bag and tie all trash before placing it in the outdoor bins.
• Keep all exterior doors closed when the AC is running.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues right away.
• No early or late checkin/checkout without pre-approval. Fees may apply based on availability. Contact us for more questions. Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $200 per hour.
