Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring unit, which is also managed by us. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please be mindful of noise during this time. We’re pet-friendly 🐾 with a fee of $50 per night, per pet (maximum of 2 dogs). We provide a starter pack of essentials per stay (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.), but for longer stays, additional supplies will be the guest’s responsibility. For security, there is an exterior camera at the property. There are no cameras inside the home. We’re so excited to host you and help make your stay a memorable one! 😊 Car recommended but not needed if you plan to hang out on beach and around Carolina Beach Boardwalk

House rules

- We are happy to welcome upto 2 well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night. Pet fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.

- No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.

- No early or late checkin/checkout without pre-approval. Fees may apply based on availability. Contact us for more questions. Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $200 per hour.

- No parties other than pre-approved events.

- Please clean up after your pets in the backyard.

- Dishwasher: Please load all used dishes and run a cycle before you check out.
- Electric Stove & Oven: Our kitchen features a brand new electric stove and oven. Please use with care. It will only work when the pan is placed on it.
- Microwave: You'll find the microwave conveniently located in the pantry. Its door has a release button top open it.
-Coffee Bar: Enjoy our fully equipped coffee bar! It features a versatile 12-cup drip coffee maker with K-Cup compatibility, allowing you to brew a single cup or a full pot. The programmable settings, including a 1–4 cup option, make it easy to customize your brew, while convenient features like auto shut-off and a spill-free spout ensure a smooth, worry-free experience.
- Coffee Pot: At checkout, please empty, rinse, and unplug the coffee pot.

Laundry Facilities 🧺
- Washer & Dryer: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use, with detergent provided.
- Beach Towels: Before departure, please gather all used beach towels and place them in the laundry area to start a load.

Elevator ⬆️⬇️
- Our zero-entry elevator provides easy access to all three floors.
- Power Issues: If the elevator experiences a power interruption, try resetting the corresponding breaker in the electrical panel. Turn the breaker OFF, wait one full minute, then switch it back ON.

General Appliance & Power Tips 💡
- Thermostat: At checkout, please set the thermostat to 69 °F in winter or 72 °F in summer.
- Televisions: Smart TVs are available in the living room and all bedrooms. Please turn off all TVs before you leave.
