House rules
• No smoking or vaping in the house. A $2000 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.
• Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower before entering. • No parties or events unless pre-approved in writing.
• We maintain a strict no-pet policy on the property. In case of unauthorised pet a fee of $300 per pet per night will be charged.
• Do not move indoor furniture outside.
• Bag and tie all trash before placing it in the outdoor bins.
• Keep all exterior doors closed when the AC is running.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues right away.
• No early or late checkin/checkout without pre-approval. Fees may apply based on availability. Contact us for more questions. Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $200 per hour.
