We can sleep up to 14 people with adults and kids. For adult only groups 12 max is recommended so two adults do t have to share the full-size beds in the bunk room. We also have 12 seats for dining. Happy to host up to 14 with any group but just wanted to make a suggestion to help you choose if Bowfin Blu is the best place for your vacation.

Arrival:
Enter the driveway with parking available for 3 to 4 cars. Garage will be used as game room. Use the keypad smart lock and checkin 24 hours a day.
1st floor:
Entryway to stairs and elevator. Beach towels provided in basket by front door with plenty of hooks for towels at the end of the day.
Bedroom is equipped premium king mattress (to die for mattress, cooling linens & several types of pillows for all sleeping positions). Smart TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with ocean views. Beautiful ocean sunset accent wall.
Bunk Room
Sleeps 6 offering 2 full beds and 2 twins. Smart TV, nighttime noise maker, sconce light with charger for each bed, Room darkening curtains. Bathroom right outside the door.

There is also a grill located on the desk for guest use.

House rules
🏡 Occupancy
-Our home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, with a recommendation of 12 adults for optimal comfort.
-Unauthorized extra guests not on the reservation will incur a fee of $50 per guest, per day.
-No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway (including grass) or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed. There is a paid parking lot just a few houses down.
-Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $100 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting. We sometimes can approve early or late check-in depending on availability. Approved check-ins prior to 3pm and checkouts after 11 am may be available for a fee. Message us for more info.
🤫 Noise & Gatherings
-Please be mindful of our neighbors and respect quiet hours, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
-Parties or events require prior host approval. Unauthorized parties may result in a cleanup fee of $300 to $500. Please note, wedding receptions are not permitted.
🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night. Pet fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
🚭 Smoking
-No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
🍽️ Dishes & Laundry
-Before departure, please load any used dishes with detergent and start the dishwasher.
-Kindly empty and rinse the coffee pot.
-Place all used beach towels in the laundry area and start a wash cycle.
-Leave beds unstripped.
-White bath towels are for indoor use only. Damage fees may apply for misuse.
⚡ Electric Vehicles
-Do not charge electric vehicles using household outlets or extension cords at the property. Please use public charging stations.
🍽️ Kitchen Appliances
-Dishwasher: Our newly renovated kitchen includes a brand-new dishwasher! Please load any used dishes, add the provided detergent, and start a wash cycle before you check out.
-Coffee Bar: Enjoy our full coffee bar with specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, a bean grinder, milk frother, K-cups, French press, and an electric kettle. Please empty and rinse the coffee pot after use.
