Guest will have access to the entire home. Its a duplex and we manage the next door rental as well so portions of the driveway, front yard, & backyard are shared with this unit.
We are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with pet fee paid prior to check-in. Please clean up after your pet in the yard.
Parking for up to three cars (please do not blocked shared portion of driveway).
Both sides can be rented for large groups if both are available.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an extra fee (based on availability).

Occupancy & Events 👨👩👧👦
-Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
-No parties or events are permitted without prior approval. If you plan to host a gathering that would bring more than 10 people to the property, even if they are not spending the night, please inquire with us first.
Quiet Hours 🤫
-We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times.
Pets 🐾
We are happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night which is non refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking 🚭
No smoking inside. A $1500 fee will be charged if guests smokes inside to pay for air remediation.
Parking 🚗
-You may park up to three cars on your unit's designated side of the driveway.
-Please be mindful not to block the shared portion of the driveway or our neighbor's access at any time.
During Your Stay ✨
-We kindly ask that you treat our home with care. Please return all furniture to its original location before departure.
-For your convenience, a few extra trash bags are provided. Please consolidate all trash into the kitchen bin.
-If you use toilet paper from the adjacent unit, please replace it with one pack on that side's porch.
Checkout Procedures 👋
-Checkout is strictly at 10:00 AM.
-Unauthorized late checkouts exceeding 20 minutes past 10:00 AM will be charged $100 for each hour, as this impacts our cleaning schedule.
-Before you leave, please complete the following:
-Load and start the dishwasher.
-Empty and rinse the coffee pot, then unplug the machine.
-Place all used towels in the laundry area and start a wash cycle.
-Do NOT strip the beds.
-Consolidate all trash into the kitchen bin.
-Return any moved furniture to its original spot.
-Turn off all lights and TVs.
-Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked.
-Failure to follow these checkout instructions or leaving the house exceptionally dirty may result in an additional cleaning fee.
