Close to the Boardwalk (3 min drive / .8 miles). Walkable from house to restaurants, The famous Tiki Rooftop Bar, and live music. One block away from Fresh seafood n drinks at Spot Bar n Pizza next door.
Quiet street and safe residential street, two blocks away from the water park with summer events and paddle boats, Golf cart and Bike rentals 2 blocks away (they drop n pick up from the house).
Guest have access to the entire home and backyard.

Occupancy
-Our home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Please ensure your guest count adheres to this limit.
Noise & Respect for Neighbors
-We kindly ask that you be mindful of our wonderful neighbors. 🤫 Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially avoiding loud music, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Pets
-Due to severe owner allergies, we maintain a strict no-pet policy on the property. Only bona-fide service animals are permitted, and guests must provide valid documentation. Emotional support animals also require formal certification paperwork. In case of unauthorised pet a fee of $150 per pet per night will be charged.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $1500 charge will be applied if smoking occurs in the house to pay for smoke remediation prior to the next guest.
Parties & Events
To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. 🎉
Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling are collected early on Wednesday mornings. ♻️ If your stay includes Tuesday night, please help us by rolling both the trash and recycling bins (the recycling bin is clearly labeled) to the curb on Tuesday evening to ensure pickup and prevent overflow.
During Your Stay
-We appreciate you treating our home with care. Please clean up after yourselves, especially in the kitchen. 🍽️ The dishwasher is available for your convenience.
-Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs. 🧺

-We kindly ask that you start one load of beach towels only before your departure. All other bed linens and bath towels are handled by our professional laundry service.
