The farmhouse and venue can be rented separately, with the venue managed directly by the owners. Please note, if you rent only the farmhouse and the venue is booked separately, access to the property’s acreage will be limited. However, if you rent both the house and the venue, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of both properties, except for the catering house, which is reserved for vendor use.
Only 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 20 minutes from Cary. It is also only a 2 minute drive away from Jordan Lake, where you can go and have an amazing lake day! It's also just an hour's drive to the North Carolina Zoo.
House rules
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night. Pet fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
No smoking in the house. A $2000 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
Due to the age of the home, and being on well water, you might notice slight discolorations in the water in each bathroom (toilet bowl, sink and tubs). Please rest assured we have thoroughly cleaned the home prior to your arrival, that the water is clean and safe for use. We appreciate your understanding.
🍽️ Kitchen Appliances
- Dishwasher: Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher for your convenience. Please load all used dishes and start a wash cycle before you check out.
- Coffee Maker: A drip coffee maker is available for your morning brew. Kindly empty and rinse the coffee pot, then turn it off or unplug it upon departure.
- Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove: Feel free to use all kitchen appliances as needed. Please ensure they are clean and turned off when not in use.
🧺 Laundry Facilities
- Washing Machine & Dryer: You'll find a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Before checking out, please gather all used towels and place them in the laundry area, then start one load in the washing machine. You do not need to strip bed linens; our cleaning service will handle those.
📺 Entertainment & Connectivity
- Televisions: Several televisions are provided for your enjoyment. Please ensure all TVs are turned off before you leave. Note that some streaming services rely on the home's internet connection.
- Wi-Fi: Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi. The network name is "Enchanted Gardens" or "netgear85", and the password is "Enchanted".

- Well Water: Our home uses well water, which is safe for all uses. Due to its natural properties, you might notice slight discolorations in bathroom fixtures (toilet bowl, sink, tubs). Rest assured, the water is clean and safe.
