Brand new 2024 golf cart is a convenient way to see the worth and south end of the island. Daily fee runs from 4pm upon checkin and back by 10 am upon checkout. Guest are required to rent for full stay since they will have access to the keys. We are less expansive than anywhere on the island and golf cart is ready for use when you arrive.
**Golf cart garage with golf cart for rent $380 for a week or $70 a day. Please inquire to add to your reservation. Keypad code with keys will be provided in checkin email / message.
Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private fenced in backyard with heated pool and hot tub.
Brand new heated pool installed in 2025. We provide a large rollable cooler stand. Fill with ice & drinks and have a party with your group. There is a basketball goal, plenty of floats and noodles, dining table, sun loungers with cushion pillows, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs. A perfect place to finish each day of vacation.
**Please note, if a guest wants to option to heat the pool there is an additional charge due to cost of propane to run the heater during your entire stay. Message us for rates based of time of year.
We know how importance response time is to our guests so we ALWAYS have three eyes on the app so we can handle any needs as fast as possible. The guest guidebook also includes each's host cell phone number as well.
Guests will have access to the entire townhome. The backyard is shared with neighbors but is fully fenced. A privacy fence will be installed upon approval so it's private.
Early check ins or late checkouts available for a nominal fee, based on availability.
Note: The master bathroom tub is currently out of service and is temporarily unavailable for use.
Car recommended but not needed if you plan to hang out on beach and around Carolina Beach Boardwalk.
House rules
No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night. Pet fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed. There is a paid parking lot just a few houses down.
Kitchen & Coffee Bar ☕
- Dishwasher: Please load all used dishes and run a cycle before you check out.
- Electric Stove & Oven: Our kitchen features a brand new electric stove and oven. Please use with care.
- Microwave: You'll find the microwave conveniently located in the pantry.
- Coffee Bar: Enjoy our full coffee bar! It includes a Keurig/drip combo, French press, grinder, frother, and electric kettle. We provide a starter supply of coffee, K-cups, and tea.
- Coffee Pot: At checkout, please empty, rinse, and unplug the coffee pot.
Laundry Facilities 🧺
- Washer & Dryer: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use, with detergent provided.
- Beach Towels: Before departure, please gather all used beach towels and place them in the laundry area to start a load.
- Extra Linens: Should you need extra linens, the linen closet code is 633633.
Pool & Hot Tub 🏊♀️♨️
- Heated Pool: Our private pool is heated! Please note that pool heat is host-controlled. If you wish to have the pool heated, please contact us to arrange activation. There is an additional fee for pool heating.
- Hot Tub: Enjoy the hot tub! For your safety and hygiene, please shower before use and remember: no glass or food in the pool or hot tub area.
Elevator ⬆️⬇️
- Our zero-entry elevator provides easy access to all three floors.
- Power Issues: If the elevator experiences a power interruption, try resetting the corresponding breaker in the electrical panel. Turn the breaker OFF, wait one full minute, then switch it back ON.
General Appliance & Power Tips 💡
- Thermostat: At checkout, please set the thermostat to 69 °F in winter or 72 °F in summer.
- Televisions: Smart TVs are available in the living room and all bedrooms. Please turn off all TVs before you leave.
