Have a unique stay in our tree house chalet on a serene wooded lot. Privacy & Location are ideal to all Beech Mountain has to offer (just over a mile from Beech Mountain Ski Resort). Paved driveway with parking for up to 8 vehicles (4-5 in upper driveway & 3 in lower driveway). LEVEL entry home with 6 beds (1 king, 3 queens, and a twin bunk bed) making Beech Haus the perfect family or friend getaway. Open floor plan & vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the center point of the chalet & has a gas log fireplace w/ blower for additional heat on cool nights. Please note, stairwells in our chalet are slightly smaller than currently built homes, so please make note! They are wide enough to easily navigate and move luggage up and down safely.
Fully-equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare any size meal. We’ve tried to think through everything a guest could need or want from; free specialty coffee, snacks, basic spices, blender, Dutch oven, crock pot,and more.
The dining room is equipped with 8 chairs and a bench that can be pulled up for additional seating with large groups.
Main Floor:
In addition to the kitchen, dining & living room, there are 2 bedrooms (all with smart TV’s), 3 full bathrooms & washer / dryer (detergents and softener sheets provided).
Upstairs is a loft bedroom with vaulted ceilings & wood beams. Equipped with a king size bed, extra sitting area, premium linens & mattress, with extra pillows and blankets for guests to access.
The lower level has a large bedroom with full bathroom and a separate entry to the outside. There is a queen size bed, shuffle board, smart Tv, and twin bunk bed.
Exterior:
Step outside for more adventure. Groups can enjoy the private hot tub surrounded by beautiful string lights, an outdoor fire-pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs, & several furnished areas for enjoying the crisp mountain air.
A Weber propane grill is located on deck.
Fun Fact:
The popular “upper pond creek trail” is two houses down. It’s an easy trail perfect for for all age groups. The trail borders the creek all the way down to lake coffee and “lower pond creek trail”
Guests have access to the entire home and large, private, wooded lot with plenty of private parking. Please note, our driveway is steep and during winter months requires all wheel drive. There are two spots down by the road as well.
4-wheel drive or AWD is requried in winter months. The driveway has an incline but flat at the top. 7-8 cars can park comfortably between the upper and lower driveway.
Pets allowed with a $150 pet fee. Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. If you decide to bring your fur baby after the reservation has been made, please reach out to us and we can request the fee through the app.
Please note the fireplace is currently out of order, we're currently working to get it fixed as soon as possible.
House rules
No smoking inside. A $1500 fee will be charged if guests smokes inside to pay for air remediation.
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night which is non refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
🌡️ Climate Control
- Our chalet is equipped with mini-split A/C units on each level for your comfort. Please adjust them as needed.
- The beautiful 2-story stone fireplace in the living room is a gas log fireplace with a blower for additional heat.
- Please note, the wood stove is decorative only and not for guest use.
- During winter months, the pipes can get very cold and sometimes cause the water to freeze. In that event, please open up the kitchen sink and hot water heater closet and place heaters in the direction of them to help thaw out the pipes.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a blender, Dutch oven, and crock pot.
- We provide complimentary specialty coffee, snacks, and basic spices for your convenience.
- A Weber propane grill is located on the deck for your outdoor cooking enjoyment.
🚿 Hot Water Heater
- Our water heater provides approximately 15 minutes of hot water.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a warm shower, please stagger showers.
- Kindly avoid running the dishwasher or other heavy hot-water appliances simultaneously with showers.
🧺 Laundry
- A washer and dryer are available on the main floor for your use.
- We provide detergents.
♨️ Hot Tub Safety & Use
- Your use of the hot tub signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of all associated risks.
- Please limit your sessions to a maximum of 15 minutes at a time.
- Alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited while using the hot tub.
- The hot tub is not suitable for pregnant women, children, or individuals with certain medical conditions without consulting a physician.
