🌊 Mornings start at Family Tides with coffee from the upstairs bar and a three-minute walk to the sand, close enough to wander back for lunch. Afternoons belong to the water, the boardwalk, or the Tiki Bar around the corner.
🔥 Evenings across the sectional and the fire pit on the 3rd Floor. Five bedrooms and four full baths sleep 12, every bed a Helix mattress, with an elevator to all three floors, a gourmet kitchen, ocean views from the crow's nest, and parking for 3. Pets welcome 🐾

Ideal for Families, Groups & Extended Stays Keyless smart lock with additional lockbox with physical keys for emergencies. Guests with have full, private access to the entire space. Public beach access is just a 3-minute walk (we have walked it and timed it) and less than 3 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar. Beach towels provided. Please note, in case of a cancellation refund, a 3% processing fee will be deducted. Multiple restaurants and Carolina Beach nearby. We cannot offer early check ins or late checkouts during this time of peak season. Thank you so much for understanding! Car optional. Guests can bike or walk to multiple attractions and destinations.
House rules
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night. Pet fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
Refrigerator 🧊 - A freshly stocked or recently emptied refrigerator may need several hours (or even overnight during hot months) to reach its optimal cooling temperature. - Please allow time for it to cool. If it is still not cooling properly by the next morning, kindly contact us so we can promptly assist.
TV & Wi-Fi 📺📡 - Experiencing issues with the TV or Wi-Fi? A quick reset often resolves most problems. - Try these steps: 1. Unplug each TV for approximately 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 2. If the issue persists, unplug the Wi-Fi router for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This simple power-cycle usually restores service.
Washer & Dryer 🧺 - A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience, along with complimentary detergent and cleaning supplies. - At checkout, please: 1. Start a load with used beach towels only. 2. Leave bed linens on the beds. 3. Place white towels in the bathtub.
Thermostat 🌡️ - To adjust the temperature, simply touch the thermostat screen until it lights up, then change the setting. - For checkout, please set the thermostat to: Winter: 69°F Summer: 72°F
Kitchen Appliances (Checkout) 🍽️☕ - Before you depart, please help us by: 1. Loading all used dishes into the dishwasher and starting a cycle. 2. Emptying and rinsing the coffee pot, then turning it off and unplugging it.
