The space
This 4-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (or more with approval). Each King Suite features large windows, renovated modern bathrooms, comfortable mattresses & plush bedding with cooling, breathable sheets.
There are two sitting areas with queen pullout couches, perfect for kids or room for extra guests. One pull out couch is located in the office area (no closing door) and the second is in the sitting area in the primary suite on the 2nd floor. In addition to the pull out couch, there is plenty of additional space in the 2nd floor suite for a pack n’ play or air mattress to accommodate more guests.
Enjoy the MASSIVE 1200 sq ft game room situated in an additional dwelling unit next to the home. Guests can compete in games on the full size ping pong and pool tables, indoor corn hole, or video games on the large screen. Hang out in the sitting area listening to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. Game room includes a bathroom for convenience, multiple board games, mini fridge & more. This space has everything you need for an epic game night!
The picturesque outdoor space is wonderfully designed with a large hot tub, fire pit, an outdoor dining area, a large screened porch, and more. You can sit back relax in any of the numerous outdoor areas while cooking at the gas grill!

This fully renovated modern kitchen has everything you need from high-end appliances, double gas stove/oven, plenty of cookware, small appliances like blenders, toasters, coffee bar with FREE coffee & snacks.
Two indoor dining areas with enough seating for up to 16. The grand dining room seats 10, breakfast area and island bar seat an additional 6.
*LIVING ROOM*
Hang out with your family and friends in the open concept living room, with three couches situated right by the real wood burning, stone fireplace. Watch a movie or game on the big-screen 65" TV with free cable or streaming apps.
*LAUNDRY ROOM*
Dedicated laundry room with full-size washer & dryer units, sink station, and plenty of countertop space for doing laundry.
Guests can access 100% of the home & 3 acre property
The hot tub is cleaned between each guest.
Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. You can enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the front door equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.
Owls Nest is CENTRALLY LOCATED in a quiet, highly sought-after area in southeast Asheville / North Fletcher area. Short driving distance to everything Asheville; Arden & The Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer! Asheville has around 40 breweries such as French Broad, Wicked Weed, New Belgium, Highland, Hillman, Burial, and Asheville Brewing Company. Get outside for some great hiking, biking, kayaking. Check out the Biltmore House, Grove Park, River Arts District, NC Arboretum. The home is 10-20 min to almost everything in Asheville. *LOCATION* Asheville Regional Airport: 7 miles Biltmore Estate: 12 miles Downtown Asheville: 12 miles Blue Ridge Parkway: 8 miles Downtown Arden: 6 miles Lake Jillian Park: 8 miles Local breweries & vineyards: 6-7 miles.
You can park 5-6 cars in the large driveway. The garage is not accessible to vehicles since it’s where the game room is located.
House rules
We are happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night. Pet fee is non-refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
No smoking in the house. A $1500 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs.
Kitchen 🍳
- Refrigerator: If the refrigerator feels warm after stocking it with groceries or opening the door frequently, please know this is normal. The appliance needs time to re-cool, and the temperature will stabilize shortly.
- Double Gas Stove/Oven: Our modern kitchen features a high-end double gas stove and oven. Please use with care and ensure all burners are off after use.
- Dishwasher: To run the dishwasher, simply load all used dishes and start the cycle. Dishwasher detergent is provided under the sink.
- Coffee Bar: Enjoy our complimentary coffee and snacks! We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods and a bag of NC made specialty coffee beans.
- Small Appliances: A blender and toaster are available for your convenience.
- Pantry: Guests are welcome to use the pantry for storing their groceries.
Laundry Room 🧺
- Washer & Dryer: The dedicated laundry room is equipped with full-size washer and dryer units, a sink, and ample counter space. Laundry detergent is provided. Dryer sheets are usually stocked but not guaranteed.
Entertainment 📺
- Televisions: Each TV in the home relies on a Roku box and its dedicated remote.
- Ensure you are using the correct remote for the specific TV.
- If a TV won't power on or shuts off unexpectedly, the remote may need re-pairing, or the TV might need a reset. Try unplugging the TV for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Fireplace 🔥
- Primary Bedroom Fireplace: To operate the gas fireplace, locate the black control box inside the firebox on the right. It must be set to "remote" for the wall-mounted remote (on the right side of the mantle) to function.
- If the pilot light is on but the wall remote isn't working, you can manually start the fireplace by sliding the black control box from "remote" to "on." Slide it back to "off" to turn it off.
