Professionally decorated welcoming vibe. We have several co-hosts so we can make sure and give great guest services and quick responses to any need.

Private 9 unit condominium with the best neighbors we could have (when we are visiting together). Plenty of parking and a shared dumpster on site. Our unit is nestled in the trees but right off of the main road winding through the town of Beech Mountain. Our road has no through traffic and most condos are second homes (not short term rentals) so the condo feels very private and quiet.

Guests can access the entire property.

Ample, free parking for all visitors. We request up to two vehicles but may accommodate more with permission.

Pet-friendly but pet(s) must be registered and pet fee paid prior to stay. Up to 2 dogs allowed.

Please note: During ski season, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs unless the house is unoccupied by other guests on the day of your arrival or departure.

Please note: This property does not have Central HVAC or splits. It stays comfortable through cool mountain air and natural ventilation, so we recommend opening windows and enjoying the fresh breeze.

Free parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking pass provided). Easy to access in winter months. For winter months, the town of Beech Mountain require snow chains and all or 4 wheel drives are a must.

House rules

No smoking inside. A $1500 fee will be charged if guests smokes inside to pay for air remediation.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our home at $50 per pet per night which is non refundable & must be paid prior to your check-in. For any unauthorised pet, a pet fee of $100 per pet per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste, both indoors and in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.

🍽️ Kitchen Appliances
- Dishwasher: Please load all used dishes and run a cycle before your departure.
- Coffee Pot: After use, please empty, rinse, and unplug or turn off the coffee pot.
- Refrigerator/Freezer: Feel free to use the refrigerator and freezer for your groceries.
- Microwave & Oven: Instructions for these appliances are standard. Please ensure they are clean after use.

🧺 Laundry Facilities
- Our washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.
- Upon departure, please gather all used towels and start a load in the washing machine. - You may leave used bed linens on the beds.

🌡️ Heating & Cooling
- Our condo is equipped with baseboard heaters in each room for your comfort.
- Upon departure, please set all baseboard heaters to a "comfort/low" setting.
- Please note, there is no central air conditioning. A window unit is available in the 3rd-floor queen bedroom, which you are welcome to switch on or off as needed.

📺 Entertainment
- Each room is equipped with a Smart TV for your enjoyment.
- Troubleshooting Downstairs TV: If the downstairs TV becomes unresponsive, simply unplug its power cord, wait for about 10 seconds, and then plug it back in to reset it.

🔥 Wood-Burning Fireplace
- Enjoy the cozy ambiance of our wood-burning fireplace in the living area.
- Firewood can be purchased locally at Fred's Mercantile, just a short drive away.
